The Inventors Express Pty Ltd web site trading as ‘Skoona Moova’ provides customers with information about us and our product and an on-line product purchase facility.  Inventors Express Pty Ltd makes this website service available to you on the terms and conditions set out hereunder.

Credit card payments, Payment Terms and Delivery

Credit card payments taken online are processed when we receive your order. Product will be dispatched within 3 days of payment approval.

For retail businesses purchasing wholesale product our payment policy requires full payment on order placement. We allow 3 days where funds are transferred electronically or 5 days for cheque payment (Australia Only) clearance. We aim to dispatch product within 3 days of cleared funds receipt unless express freight has been arranged.  

You agree that a payment instruction that is given before the cut-off time for a banking business day will be processed on the same day but if it is given after the cut-off time it may be processed on the next banking business day after the instruction is given.

Should your bank reverse your credit card payment for any reason, the renewal and/or change in particulars made in relation to that credit card transaction may also be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring that payments are made only using valid credit cards.

Inventors Express Pty Ltd uses a secure server to process all online credit card orders. As Inventors Express Pty Ltd is not responsible for the operation of the secure link, Inventors Express Pty Ltd   will not, unless it is negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide via such link. You incur no fee when using the services to process online credit card transactions.

Delivery

Inventors Express Pty Ltd  will make every effort to dispatch all products within 3 working days from receipt of payment. Where this is not possible, Inventors Express Pty Ltd will notify you and, unless stated otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from receipt of payment.

If products are not available within the 28 days for any reason after Inventors Express Pty Ltd has accepted your order, you will be advised. Inventors Express Pty Ltd will not charge you for these products and will reimburse any amounts already paid (if any) by way of a refund to your credit card account or a company cheque.

All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. Inventors Express Pty Ltd may, at its discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately; you will be notified if this occurs.

If Inventors Express Pty Ltd cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when Inventors Express Pty Ltd is at fault), Inventors Express Pty Ltd will notify you and store the products. If you wish Inventors Express Pty Ltd to re-deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise Inventors Express Pty Ltd to charge your credit card/debit card for any extra delivery charges. If Inventors Express Pty Ltd does not hear from you within 28 days, your order will be cancelled and any payments received will be refunded to you, less any reasonable delivery charges incurred.

Product availability - unprinted product

Product is currently available from our store and can be delivered within 7 days for small (1 unit) to medium orders (up to 5,000 units) stock permitting. Larger volume lead times add approximately 1 week for each 10,000 units ordered unless order is booked into production in advance.

Product availability - printer product

When you order product for printing we can usually print from current stock subject to confirmation of order size. Printed product can be delivered printed within Australia within 21 days from artwork approval and payment clearance for small to medium orders (250 to 5,000 units) stock permitting. Larger volume lead times add approximately 1 week for each 5,000 units ordered when printed unless the order is booked into production and printing in advance. Lead time will be confirmed on request for large volumes.

Pricing and GST

Pricing is shown on our “Product Index” and varies depending on order size and printing requirements as indicated. Our price lists may vary from time to time subject to raw material and labour cost variations. The prices shown at the time of order placement will be your final price. Artwork for printed product requires artwork in illustrator format (.ai) and artwork approval confirmation. A final price will be re-confirmed when artwork has been approved, prior to order placement. We seek payment on order placement for printed product prior to commencement of printing.
